Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20th October 2024.

 

At DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-caliber services that meet the expectations of our clients. However, given the bespoke nature of digital design, development, and marketing solutions, this Refund Policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds may be granted, as well as the requisite procedures for initiating such requests.

 

  1. General Refund Provisions
  • Non-Refundable Services: Owing to the customized and intangible nature of digital services rendered by DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, all payments remitted by the Client are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
  • Advance Payment Clause: The 25% advance payment collected at the onset of a project is considered non-refundable, as it serves to cover preliminary tasks, such as research, strategy development, and initial design concepts.

 

  1. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: Should DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED fail to deliver the services explicitly outlined in the contractual agreement within the agreed project timeline, due to circumstances attributable to the agency, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an internal review of the case.
  • Pre-Commencement Cancellation: In instances where the Client elects to cancel the project before the commencement of work, a refund of the advance payment may be granted, subject to deductions for any administrative or preparatory expenses incurred.
  • Agency-Initiated Termination: If DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is compelled to terminate the service agreement for reasons beyond its control, a pro-rata refund may be issued for any unexpended portion of the Client’s payment, excluding compensation for work already completed and delivered.

 

  1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully completed and approved by the Client:

  • Final Deliverables: Upon the Client’s approval of final deliverables—whether they pertain to any services rendered by DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, or other digital assets—all payments made become irrevocable, and the Client thereby forfeits the right to request a refund.
  • Partial Completion: Should the Client decide to terminate the project following partial completion, no refund will be provided, has to pay the entire amount mentioned in the agreement as DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED’s discretion and the proportion of the work already performed and deliverables has been transferred to the Client.

 

  1. Revision and Alteration Policy
  • Included Revisions: DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED provides 5 rounds of revisions as part of the project scope, and once revisions are requested and executed, the project is considered ongoing, thereby nullifying eligibility for any refund.
  • Additional Revisions: Requests for revisions that exceed the stipulated number will be treated as supplementary services and, as such, are non-refundable.

 

  1. Digital Marketing Services

Given the inherently variable outcomes associated with digital marketing strategies, the following conditions apply:

  • No Guarantee of Results: As specific outcomes (e.g., search engine ranking, social media engagement, or advertising ROI) cannot be guaranteed, refunds are not applicable for digital marketing services once a campaign has been initiated.
  • Non-Refundable Pre-Paid Campaign Budgets: Any pre-paid funds allocated towards external platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are non-refundable upon commencement of the campaign, as such funds are disbursed to third-party entities.

 

  1. Refund Request Process
  • Submission of Request: Clients seeking a refund must submit a formal written request to support@dgtpixel.com clearly outlining the reasons for the request, within 7 days of the incident that prompted the refund claim.
  • Evaluation of Request: Upon receipt, DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED will undertake a thorough review of the refund request and respond within 4-5 business days to determine the Client’s eligibility for a refund and, if applicable, the amount to be refunded.
  • Refund Mechanism: Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Clients are responsible for any transaction fees or administrative charges associated with the processing of the refund.

 

  1. Disputed Payments

In the event of a dispute regarding payment, the Client is advised to seek resolution directly with DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED. Should the Client initiate a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution without first contacting the agency to resolve the matter, DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ongoing services.

 

  1. Amendments to the Refund Policy

DGT PIXEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at its sole discretion. Any such amendments will not affect existing projects retroactively and will be communicated to clients in advance of their enforcement.
